How the Fund Presale Works

How does it work?

A presale whitelist is currently being created via application. Smart, dedicated, and skilled investors will be added to the whitelist and be given a presale allocation. Whitelisted presale investors will be given a timeslot to invest in the fund, similar to a whitelisted NFT mint, and receive $EDGE tokens in return.

The distribution of presale spots may look something like this:

This matrix will likely change as we near launch however the structure will remain similar. The tiers align to value the person brings to the fund and commitment level:

• Diamond: Core team or advisor member of the fund

• Tier 1: Top tier contributor to the fund who makes a large impact in solving problems or completing tasks for the fund pre and post launch

• Tier 2: Key contributor to the fund who occasionally solves problems and brings deal flow to the fund

• Tier 3: Adds significant value to the fund via their skills or network

• Tier 4: Adds value to the fund via their skills or network

• Tier 5: Engages with fund community, contributes to conversation on Discord and 𝕏
