What is Edge Fund?

• Edge Fund is the first ever AI driven investment fund focusing on the Abstract ecosystem. Edge Fund is led by some of the most well-connected founders, CEOs, and investors in crypto.

• Central to our AI effort is Agent Edge, our in-house AI “council member” designed to analyze investments, streamline decision-making, and ultimately drive faster, smarter outcomes for the Fund.

• 1,500 or so carefully chosen contributors will collectively fund the treasury, each receiving $EDGE tokens in return.

• A council of 5 elected members supported by Agent Edge will make final investment decisions to grow our treasury.

• At the end of our fund lifespan, all holdings will be liquidated and proceeds distributed to token holders.

Our Edge & How We Invest

• Edge Fund core contributors have a uniquely extensive and strong network in crypto, this is our Edge. We will leverage our members’ networks and influence to gain access to exclusive token rounds of the highest potential companies on Abstract and across crypto. This network continues to get stronger as we whitelist additional members via application. Only the best and brightest are added.

• The fund will invest in coins and token rounds from companies with real business models, who prioritize real usage, and have >$50M in revenue potential.

• Our focus is Abstract but ultimately we will be chain agnostic and not ignore opportunities on other chains.

• Short to mid-term time horizons (3–9 months).

Why Abstract?

The Airdrop Problem:

Most L1s and L2s rely on token airdrops to attract “users,” but they end up attracting airdrop farmers looking for quick payouts. When the freebies dry up, these speculators vanish—stranding dApps without a real user base or revenue. As a result, it’s nearly impossible for companies on these chains to develop sustainable products and long-term business models.

How Abstract Differs: Abstract (a new ETH L2) reverses this logic by focusing on authentic user value—beautiful, consumer-friendly apps (streaming, AI, gaming) with seamless email onboarding. Instead of speculative hype, these products foster genuine loyalty—allowing companies on Abstract to capture real, recurring revenue. This is where Edge Fund sees opportunity: investing in builders who benefit from a frictionless ecosystem designed for true users, not mere airdrop hunters.
